'Everything started on Lena’s white couch in Cologne on a cold winter day in January 2022. A time of my life that I remember as being a really dark time of my life where I was faced with a lot of sadness, heartbreak and a time I had lost complete touch to myself. Zero motivation, not feeling passionate about anything anymore, isolated and not knowing where my place in this world is. I spent an intense amount of time with myself at that point. Following an intuitive impulse earlier in 2021 I had decided to start a 6 month Business Mentorship & Coaching program with Lena Luisa and 5 other girls. And all I remember from this first coaching session is that I cried a lot & had very confused thoughts. After she navigated me through these heavy emotions she asked if I had any impulses and I just randomly said: I want to create & organise retreats. She looked at me and said.
