Easy to set up, and does everything we need
Pros: Provided us with a set of static IPs that we use for content delivery (to service providers that require a list of approved senders), and enabled root level domains with Heroku + GoDaddy. The customer service is probably the best feature though as we receive fantastic support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] Cons: The Heroku dashboard could do with a sprucing up, but apart from that I don't really have much to complain about.
