All staff were friendly and knowledgeable in the process. The tech Marlin was professional and had great phlebotomy skills. The PA Reagan, answered my questions honestly and gave me guidance in managing my expectations and future maintenance for the most successful outcome ex suggesting PT and a lift for my shoe
I would also be interested in joining a program that focuses on maintenance using QC Kinetic so I don’t slip backwards loosing the progress I have worked so hard to obtain.
