False alarm! (WD25)
My washing machine wasn't spinning properly so James came round to have a look. I had previously rinsed and spun a single jumper. James explained that not enough clothing was in the machine to balance the load so it couldn't spin properly and that in his opinion the machine was ok. He put a hot empty wash on and left saying to phone him back if the trouble persisted. Thank you James, you could have implied that there was a lot more wrong than necessary. The machine works fine and I will definitely recommend you
