Years of good service A lot of people on here seem to have problems with Wcc's customer service, but i have had quite the opposite experience over the years. They have made mistakes on orders in the past but have corrected them with fantastic customer service. One time i ordered 4 X 3.5 g jars of caviar, and they sent 4 X 1 gram jar of caviar on accident, i emailed them and they sent me all new jars the next day and let me keep the originals. Another time my order of a 3.5 gram jar had leaked a bit out of the top and they sent me brand new one the next day for free. Another time the ran out of product that i had ordered but reimbursed me with points so i could pick out something else, i think they gave me an extra 500 points for the inconvenience. The quality is almost always top notch, and if mistakes were made with the order they always seem to make up for it. I will keep ordering and referring friends to Wcc as long as they continue to treat me right.
