December 30 is never the best time to be placing an online order, but I did. A message came back immediately showing that the order was "Completed". Then I heard nothing and began to think that I had been scammed. After all, MyTap's prices were so much cheaper than their competitors , were they for real? I needn't have worried. I spoke with Nick when the business reopened after the Christmas break. The tap was out of stock and it took about a week for the order to be filled. Nick kept me well informed along the way. If I lived in Sydney, Nick would have had it installed for me. That's a great service but one I wasn't able to use. Will definitely use MyTap for future tapware purchases .
