I'm a satisfied customer of Lucky's Concierge Connection Home Watch services. Not only does Lucky take great care of my property when I travel, he also stepped in to receive a car I had transported when it arrived a day earlier than expected and I was not available. Boy was that "lucky" because he spotted some damage done in transit that the driver tried to deny doing and contacted me immediately. As a result, I got written assurance from the transit company that the car would be repaired to my satisfaction before Lucky accepted the car. Thank you, Lucky!
