This company damaged my daughters car door and refuse to acknowledge they damaged it. “We don’t damage cars” they claim; however our photos show the opposite. It’s too bad service contractors don’t acknowledge poor craftsmanship but steal your money in the process. Hope they don’t ruin your car like ours. The company actually sent me this link to post a comment. Otherwise, I would have never even thought to add a comment as they requested. After I did, they responded it was illegitimate as it took me two weeks to notice the damage. The rest of the story is it’s my daughters car who lives away at college and immediately noticed the door whistling when she drove away. She was finally home this weekend allowing it to be checked out. A legitimate service contractor would share their insurance information letting a 3rd party investigate. Not this one though. In this case, they just avoid compensating its clients ( us ) for damage done. The pictures speak for themselves. I just made this post for all those parents out there trying to support their young daughters from a distance locked out late at night. With any luck, this organization has young female daughters at risk late at night coming from work that get taken advantage of to eventually. The company apparently only wants posts that tell a deviated story from reality. Buyer beware!!!!

Brad, the car lockout was done back in January 30, 2023, about 2 weeks ago. Today on February 12, 2023 you claimed that we damaged your car. Wouldn’t you or your daughter noticed the damage immediately? We have never received any complaints about car lockout and we definitely do not damage cars when we open them. Your claim is obviously fabricated attempt to make us pay for your car door problem.
