Lucky’s concierge service is truly outstanding and the epitome of superb customer service. Always on time with pickups/drop offs. Also very engaging and personable along with providing helpful hints/information when appropriate. Also rates are fair and reasonable making his value proposition outstanding. He is definitely our Go To person whenever visiting Sarasota and beyond basic pickup and delivery service, would also trust him to provide additional services as needed.
