Contacted James about my fridge freezer, he advised what he thought the issue was but also called in to check. He had been correct, appliance could not be repaired and advised what steps to take next.
He is very knowledgeable and up front about the issue. Didn't attempt to do a repair which probably wouldn't work.
Would certainly use the company again and recommend to anyone with domestic app,incentives issues.
