Excellent response and honest assessment of problem (HP2)
Contacted as the fridge freezer wasn't working properly, very quick response to initial enquiry. James quickly advised what the issue could be and followed up with a visit. Confirmed his original thought, not repairable and advised how I should proceed as appliance is less than 5 years old. James didn't suggest trying a repair which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.
