The injections on my shoulders seemed to help. However, after all the injections were finished in both shoulders and the left knee. I waited a month before I started working out with the knee, and now it is back to being in pain and popping as before treatment. I am hoping the shoulders hold out. Just having the solution from the injections in the area obstruct the pain, and that felt wonderful. After the injections are absorbed in your body, it goes back to its original state. You have no recourse but have QC Kinetix injections again and pay again.
