Loved it here, calm silence and space - no agenda, no belief systems - you're just gently encouraged to slow down and look within yourself.
There's opportunity to share here every day as well with Shintai and Mayadevi if you wish and they can provide you with insightful feedback.
Food is excellent.
Location is stunning - there are daily excursions (all optional) into Assisi and beautiful walks in the area if you want to head out on your own.
