Avoid at all costs! I got a quote from reputable PDR that seemed high, so based on some research and acceptable Google reviews reached out to Randy, provided pics and he texted a much lower estimate back stating "Dents look reasonably removable. Possibly some slight show near rounded contour". We arranged for Randy to come to my house to perform the work. Randy was on time, saw the dents (which were minor but crossed a body seam) and proceeded with his work. I left him to his work and not until he found me a few hours later to let me know work was done did I see the mess he made. From 30 feet away you can see the dimpling ALL OVER the repair area. Then closer you can see there is significant paint damage. I let him know that I was not happy with the job and would be seeking opinions from other PDR pros as I suspected he had FUBAR'd it so bad that it was beyond fixing with PDR. I got two opionions/quotes and I was right. The work cannot be salvaged via PDR and will need to be fixed with traditional bodyshop/paint work. Body estimators indicated the work was as bad as they'd ever seen. To add insult to injury Randy is now calling me the con artist! I was willing to split the cost of the conventional bodyshop work with him, but now indicates he'd rather fight me in court. I have documented this ordeal well, but expect Randy to respond with further insults. Trust me, pay a little more and save yourself the stress!!!
