Fault on fridge freezer (AL10)
James was contacted by my landlord after I reported a fault with our fridge freezer. James responded promptly to the landlord and then to myself directly as it would be me he was dealing with. He attended as arranged in a timely fashion. Really nice bloke who quickly identified the issue but unfortunately due to the age of the appliance wasn’t able to rectify and was very honest that it would need to be replaced given it’s age (20 years old). I would highly recommend James to anyone in the areas he covers (we are in AL10 in Herts)
