Received the unit. It did not turn on. Took all the filters out and put them back in and after awhile was able to get the unit to turn on. Emailed all of this to customer service. Don’t know how well it was working. The same thing happened 13.5 months later. It just all of a sudden won’t turn on. Emailed customer service who basically told me tough luck the warrantee is a year. Put a complain with BBB and finally get a response from Stephanie McCarthy who is low key harassing me via email. I’ve told her I will try and work with Adam MacDuffie to see if the unit can be gotten to work, but she keeps repeatedly arguing with me and twisting the facts in email. Many many emails. What kind of customer service doesn’t just replace the unit since it was defective in the beginning with proof emails? What kind of customer service keeps arguing with the customer about facts. The unit was 1.5 months over the single year warranty. Just replace it since it was defective from the start.
