Excellent service and reasonable charges
I am delighted to write a review of the excellent customer service, punctuality, and reasonable charges I experienced when I had my heater repaired and serviced recently.

Jason was courteous and professional, and was able to schedule me in for a convenient time that suited my schedule. He also explained the process of the repair and service, so I knew what to expect.
Secondly, the technicians arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. They were courteous, friendly, professional and took the time to explain the repairs they were carrying out on my heater. They were also efficient in their work, and completed the repair and service within the estimated time frame.
Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable charges for the repair and service. The company provided a detailed breakdown of the costs, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. The charges were very reasonable, and I felt that I received excellent value for money.
