I started working out at Holly Roser Fitness Studio in November of 2022. I love coming to this studio, the trainers are all very knowledgeable. I have the best time working out with Joanne twice a week. She understands the rhythm of fitness. I have lost over ten pounds in 2 months while gaining muscle and overall strength. I look forward to my workouts with Joanne even when I have no motivation.
