I joined HRF at the end of 2021 intending to feel stronger, learn the correct form, as well as feel confident in my body. I not only got what I came in for but so much more. The trainers at HRF go above and beyond during their training making sure every workout is tailored to your needs and that your form is on point to avoid any injury. The combination of strength, cardio, and core workouts has left me feeling strong and confident. Additionally, because of the trainers I know how to stretch my body before and after workouts, which has been an incredible addition to my morning and night routine. The care, compassion, and encouragement you get in each class from the trainers are unmatched. I have attended many different studios and worked with various trainers and can wholeheartedly say the trainers and workouts at HRF are THE BEST. I have done 1:1 sessions with Jen, Semi-Privates with Jen, as well as have worked with Cecilia for zoom workouts, Gabby, and Layla. I cannot say enough wonderful things about all these individuals. The positive energy they provide as well as being so attentive and genuinely caring is not something you can easily find in a fitness studio and I am forever grateful to have found it at HRF.
