Just completed my first workout session in ages with a private trainer. Gabby was amazing and took into consideration all of my aches and pains and job-related issues. It felt really good to be back in the gym again. I am so grateful for meeting Holly and getting set up for success. It has been hard with wearing many hats and caring for so many people in my 26 years as a therapist and birth worker. I am excited for the journey ahead and self-care that I deserve.
