Return Policy is Unacceptable
They come across as very upscale, and I must admit, the quality of clothes is good, althought the descriptions of the products is not. And theirreturn policy is terrible. I ordered a blouse that was supposed to be the color of denim; it was gray. Two other items I purchased did not fit as I had hoped. I followed their process to return, using the return label provided and dropping it off over a month ago. They keep telling me they haven't received it. Then maybe they should use UPS instead of USPS for returns? Their prices are high...I'm out a big chunk of money waiting for a satisfactory response!
