THEY PRICED ME FOR ONE JOURNEY SAYING ALL WOULD FIT IN, BUT IT DIDN'T SO I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE AS WELL, THIS RESULTED IN THEM DOING ANOTHER REMOVAL IN BETWEEN MINE & SO AFTER ARRIVING AT 8.30 AM WE DIDN'T MOVE OUT UNTIL 3PM! ON OPENING THE VAN DOOR, SOME ITEMS WERE NOT SECURED BUT SCATTERED AROUND THE FLOOR. THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR 4 STORAGE UNITS, BUT I MANAGED TO GET THEM INTO JUST 3?

Hi RGH, We're sorry if you were unhappy with how the move turned out. We try to give our customers the most accurate estimates possible, but we can only estimate based on what we are told about what needs moving and our estimates are never guarantees. If there is more stuff than illustrated on the phone or it is larger than expected, naturally we sometimes have to make two trips and this costs more. Also, are you sure you have the right company, as we don't use storage units?
