I have submitted an order a week ago and immediately paid for it (before pick up). Pick up window was not respected (as other folks said in the comments) and few hours later an employee calls me to let me know the invoice I received (note automatically set from the system) was wrong and that there is an extra payment required. I refused to pay the extra as at this point everything seems very sketchy. To their credit, after i demand explanations they waved the additional charges. Fast forward to a couple of days later they call me to let me know once of the item i sent will only be washed under waver (?) and it will take 3 weeks to wash (??). I asked to send it back and refund it. Needless to say after a week of troubles at least I got my items back but no sight of my refund - which after a week is still pending, with no answer to my follow up.
