I loved my class here!! I actually told my instructor Kristin after the class that I “was having a moment”… it was THAT GOOD 🥹 I had never taken such a class before and it was incredible to challenge my mind and body in a new and different way (I take spin classes and weight training more often). The vibe is great, super clean studio, machines are top of the line and I loved my instructor Kristin - she gave clear, concise directions and offered great visual cues and helpful adjustments whenever needed. Can’t wait to return!
