The best thing to do when you want to learn a lot about cheese. Esther not only explains every cheese making step but also all the story behind it. On top the farmers famliy shows you around the farm yard to learn about the cow husbandry. I recommend the kaas workshop with Esther a lot and I am looking forward to try my first cheese.
