I would caution anyone considering to use CS Notepad. We used their call answering services for several months, and once we asked to cancel the service it became increasingly difficult to get them to comply and stop the service. They dragged their feet for several weeks to cancel the service to squeeze another month of fees out of us, and then continued to charge around £50 per month for no service or use at all for three months after we had cancelled. They refused to reimburse the fees, until we blocked the payments. After four months we suddenly started getting new bills with new charges from them with threats to send the account to collection services for calls they had taken on the account three months AFTER the service was cancelled, because they still refused to cancel the service when we asked them to. The calls were not even for us but spam calls. The call service was pointless as they forwarded calls that were not related to our sales calls, but 90% were merely spam calls and many of them seem to be previous customers to some other business with no relation to our business at all. Despite this we got charged full fees and had difficulty cancelling them. [The response from CSnotepad below is not even accurate. The very small print, hidden in their so-called service agreement which should be made clear by their rep from the start and not be hidden in small print, say they will charge two months of fees - but they continued to charge us four months of fees.]

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and we are sorry that you are unhappy with the notice period for your service. A lot of work goes into setting up your service, and rather than charge a setup fee we just ask that you give us two calendar months' notice when looking to stop your service. Obviously we are disappointed that you are unhappy with this, but we do make sure that this is very clear when setting your service up. In respect of your calls, we unfortunately (as much as we would like too) have no control over the calls that you receive on your line and even offer to block cold calls for free. All you have to do is reply to the message we have sent you letting us know that it is a cold-call and we'll take care of the rest. Naturally we don't feel that having a notice period you have agreed to and some calls we have no control over (but will gladly block for free) warrants a 1-star review, but none the less we thank you for your business and wish you the best of luck for the future. Kind regards, CSnotepad
