Excellent experience with Ferguson. I bough a kitchen sink and it arrived at my house broken. I was able to speak with an actual human being , locally based, that spoke proper English (amazing how that's a rarity these days). He handled my situation promptly and I had a replacement delivered in 24 hours. Great customer service!
