The week in Provence with Chef Eric and his team was magnificent. Eric is a very patient teacher, and his favorite word is “perfect”, even when your culinary talents, or lack thereof, betray your intent. The only problem is when you eat in a restaurant, nothing can match what you made under Eric’s tutelage. And the week is about far more than making food; it’s also about making friends. Eric, Yetunde, Karen are people I will want to stay in contact with and hopefully share more times together. Go ahead… make your reservation! You will not be disappointed, I promise!
