After purchasing their annual plans, they just stopped helping me out in anyway, ignored my 4 emails
Pros: they did the onboarding well and answered queries during the process. But they dont have good integration with any platforms that offer their services in India (eg: Agoda) Cons: There was some issue with my calendar and I was not able to make any bookings, they simply ignored my emails, I emailed them 4 times . Super bad support ! I lost bookings and they don't care. So if you are looking for good support, would not advise this .
