Immediately identified and located the problem area causing me the discomfort which I was finding hard to pin point, then worked through different techniques of stretching and massage, all while explaining the process as we went leaving me with a clear understanding and a stretch and exercise plan moving forward. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the job he does. Well worth the visit
