Didn't know what to expect with regards to the session, but can safely say that the quality of life is going up up up! :)
Definitely some positive rewiring is going on and I am keen to continue moving this train forward in the right direction.
Shayraz is also very funny and joke-cracking too, which makes everything better. :)
