After signing a contract with NCP in July 2020, they left my project 90% done and NEVER returned to finish it! They illegally put a mechanics lien on my house claiming I owed over $11k more than I did. This action breached their own contract because it bypassed arbitration by 3rd party. A judge ruled for arbitration and after 2 years waiting for this absurd mechanics lien to be released, arbitration found that NCP's math was WRONG and I finally got the mechanics lien released!!! Ram Nabar proved he can not keep good records or hire reliable employees, since his workers were caught drinking on my site, damaging my personal property and will blame you for things that go wrong. I am a disabled US Navy veteran and he will take advantage of you starting at the first meeting. DO NOT USE this contractor or anything to do with Ram Nabar! If you ask him about this post, contact me as well, as I have all the proof. Look for a different contractor!!!
