The week in Uzes was priceless and exceeded my expectations, a Tour de Force as far as what I learned and un-learned in techniques and skills in the kitchen. Chef Eric's unique ability to teach and to forge relationships from farm to market and from kitchen to table was exemplary.
We learned, cooked, shared laughed, drank, ate and ate some more! Chef Eric Fraudeau and his staff were flexible and accommodating to our individual needs. The venue was lovely and relaxing, and each day was leisurely paced representing the Provencal heart of life!
