Amazing products AND customer service!
Excellent products and excellent customer service. I have two products to chat about here - We were actually gifted the stage 1 carrier and it’s been fantastic for our little babe, it’s comfortable and easy to put on and off, would highly recommend it you can tell that the whole design has been created around the little ones comfort. Secondly we purchased the teething pads to attach onto the carrier, unfortunately there was a manufacturing error with the machine that made them (we found out after reaching out) and the one button came off - they were SO quick to respond to me reaching out and offered a full replacement. The teething pads are so worth it because our little one just gobs all over the straps and the fact that they’re reversible is just an added bonus! Amazing customer service, thank you!
