Six months ago I was one of those Massachusetts drivers that never used my turn signal. It was not because I was lazy or arrogant. It was simply too painful to lift my left arm. Today, after going through my treatment protocols with QC Kinetics, not only am I pain free, but I do not get any more of the one finger salutes when I drive! My experience with the Weymouth office has been great. The staff there is very friendly and seem to genuinely appreciate my business. They carefully explained what was going to happen each time I arrived so there were no surprises. Reagan, the PA, is a gem. She was knowledgably, friendly, and gentle. She talked through each step of the process as she was administering it, always checking in to make sure I was not in any discomfort. During the six months of treatment I never had to stop my gym regiment which would not have been the case if I ended up choosing surgery. The wonderful thing was, as treatments progressed, I could see the actual results by moving and lifting in ways that I had not been able to do for years. I highly recommend QC Kinetics.
