I joined cheese workshop on 1 July 2023. It was a day with full of fun, learning, and cheese. We were taken a very nice farm tour as well. Esther is a cheese master explaining all the details in cheese making process. She is also very kind and friendly 😊 I strongly recommend this workshop to everyone who is interested in cheese making!
Dear Simge, Thank you so much for your kind words! I really like reading that the workshop was full of new knowledge and also fun (what to do without fun in life). And I appreciate the interest you had in the cows, the calves, their nutrition and health (care). It was a real pleasure for me (and Rienke and Gerrit too) to explain everything about cow farming in the Netherlands. I hope you can apply much of this info on your own farm with maybe in the future your own cheese.
