ERO Moving overpromised and underdelivered. They told us they would assemble our furniture and they did not, they switched the moving day on us last minute, broke multiple items and did not take responsibility for it, and refused to answer calls or texts including on moving day. There was no communication between the boss, Pedro, and the movers so even though Pedro had promised us multiple things, this was never communicated to the employees. Highly recommend finding a better moving company!
