Not refunding my money for 2 months now.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of our company. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our refund policy.
We understand that you were disappointed that you were not able to get a speedy refund . However, we want to assure you that our refund procedures are in line with government regulation and our contract. We are required to issue a refund after the maid that you returned is deployed with a new employer and all the processing has been done.
