I made an appt with Hazel moving last Friday and 45 minutes before my appt, they told me that they couldn't get to me until very late so we rescheduled for 9am the next day. Well, 9am came and went and no one showed up. Upon calling the office, they told me that the person who scheduled me for the next morning has the day off. Why schedule an estimate on your day off? When I called the office to see what happened, the person who answered told me that they would personally come by at 3pm to do my estimate. Well 3pm came and went and NO ONE came to my house nor did they call. This is a sign of a BAD MOVING COMPANY!! My recommendation is NOT to use this company. If you can't even show up for the estimate, what's going to happen during your move?

Dear Michelle Green, We understand your frustration regarding the rescheduling and subsequent missed appointment. The appointment was mistakenly rescheduled for July 4th, Independence Day, instead of the intended date, July 5th, the following business day. On July 4th, all staff, including the estimator with whom you had scheduled the estimate, were off-duty. When you called and were informed by the estimator that he was off, it was due to the holiday misunderstanding, as the appointment was intended for the next business day, July 5th. We apologize for this oversight and assure you it does not reflect our usual standards of operation. We strive for reliable and punctual service for all our clients. To rectify the situation, I personally called you to offer an immediate on-site estimate on July the 4th or at a convenient time of your choosing.
