Elsa is AMAZING! She listens to you and is willing to try out different techniques and give her professional advice. I suffered with HYPOpigmentation for a long time, which I thought would never go away. However, Elsa changed my life and now it’s permanently gone! Through her permanent tattoo camouflage and a series of micro needling/inkless tattoo, my hypopigmentation is permanently gone.
