Fantastic professional service!
From first contact with Joe everything was professional. He came to view the property and tree promptly and followed up with a quote in good timely manner. He took the time before being given the work to talk me through the process and what his team would do and also took film of the trees to ensure the team had a record of what was the agreed work.
He was clear to explain and leave leaflets regarding guarantees and insurance and was courteous with all questions asked.
On the day the team arrived and were professional and polite, taking great time and care to do the work and then tidy afterwards.
