Joe was prompt and clear in quoting and pricing for work. Explaining work to be done and also the guarantee and insurance arrangements. He was clearly knowledgable and expert! On the day the team arrived promptly and were polite and careful throughout and took great care on the property and with the work - and tidied up after them superbly! Very happy and satisfied customer!
