From the time I walked into this friendly establishment until the time I walked out, I’m always treated with the upmost respect and kindness one could give!! After having a troubling morning, trying to get someone... anyone.... to cash our $200 lottery ticket we had won the evening before, we must of physically walked Into 12 gas stations and Cub foods & not one of them would cash it for us and most were even rude to us. So frustrated & skeptical, we walked into this glorious shop...I’ve Ben in here a few times before and have always had a pleasant experience, but today we really needed it! Not only did he cash our ticket without hesitation (yaaaasssss, you heard me right,.. they sell MN lottery tickets ??? which is a perk in it’s own!) 5 seconds after we walked in, We were immediately recognized, greeted, complimented, helped, enlightened with new knowledge and we were told to come back anytime and it was a pleasure to help us!!! Not only will he have customers for life, but I’ll remember that kind smile and his courteous ways till the day I die☺️ Thank you Taleb, for recommending my new vape juice (which is amazing ?) and for your incredibly kind & professional, customer service skills... see you soon my friend ?
