If I could give 0 stars, I would. We signed with Tom (salesman) with Booth. We already had pavers installed but they had white spots all over them. Tom shared it was from “evervesants” and they “could probably get rid of them.” They said if the white doesn’t come off after they pressure wash it, they won’t seal it or charge for me the sealer. After pressing washing, the white was gone and instead of waiting 24-48hours to ensure it was all gone, they sealed it and the white spots all returned! No one ever came by to check the job, check to make sure spots were gone or ask if we were satisfied. Not even a call! All we got was a text asking for final payment. The pavers look identical to before and we never should have been told they could fix it. Also-no one ever shared there are different colors you can choose for the joint (sand?) and the color someone chose for us, is obviously to white. Not satisfied with the customer service, communication or installation. Oh and to top it off, the man they sent to install stated, “hello my name is… I don’t work for booth but they contracted me out because I wanted the job done before my knee surgery. Had I known he wasn’t a booth employee, I wouldn’t have gone with them.” DONT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want limited communication and an unsatisfactory job. Happy to provide pictures of the before/after.
