Beware, once you sign the loan documents that date is used for when payments are due along with when you have to pay the additional lump sum from the tax credit. Solar takes a long time to get set up and turned on. We had to pay prior to having solar. Since we signed the paperwork in July, but did not get solar turned on until after January, we could not file for the solar credit for that year. Now to get the promotion interest rate to continue the sum is due before we can file the taxes and Mosaic WIll NOT push the date. Very disappointed on how this was handled.
