I called to make an appointment and they said their office doesn't do family counseling; even though their website and ALL their advertisements say they do. False advertising.
Leah, I apologize for that call. We have a new employee and she was incorrect. Our family therapist is retiring at the end of September and because of that she isn't taking new clients. I do have a therapists who do family counseling but unfortunately, we are so so booked that our new appointments are on hold for the moment. I actually interviewed a LMFT last week but I don't have anyone available at this moment. If you will call back, I will ask the front office to put you on a wait list for openings when we get your family into counseling. Again, I apologize for the misinformation you received.
