I had a bicycle fall over accident at Fenyrose Crescent area Aug 11th around 7:30--8:00am.
At that difficult moment, your best staff Jay (please forgive me, If I spell name improperly, I was not very clear at that moment) helped me to check out injury, and offered most important first aid.
