I came to Claire with a grade 3-4 ankle sprain in May, and within 3 months my ankle has fully healed and has not sprained or twinged since. Claire always provided thorough and professional treatment at every appointment and never failed to have an explanation for any of my concerns. Practicing her advice would always alleviate the pain I was suffering from and the progression of treatment and exercises always felt manageable and logical…easily one of the most consistent physio treatments I have ever had, and she managed to do all this whilst also being incredibly friendly and welcoming. Could not recommend her more highly!
