I was not sure what to expect- but the Silent Retreat Center and lovely Mayadevi and Shintai definitely went far beyond my expectations. The house is set in a beautiful spot, the vegetarian food is not only tasty and healthy, but also beautiful. Shintai and Mayadevi are full of authenticity, who are more than capable of just letting you BE. Highly recommended to anyone who feels the world is just too much :)
