Really don't like ordering by a kiosk. So went there. Ordered my food by Kiosk. They called my number I got my food ate and left. No human contact. Sorry Steak n shake you need to bring back the waiters and waitresses and cashiers. It's just not the same. Even better bring back the car hops.
Food is still good but it's just not Steak n shake. You've turned into walmart with their self checkouts.
